Rebecca Koch
San Jose State University Public Relations Student (Soon-to-be Graduate)
Rebecca Koch is a 26-year-old student at San Jose State University (SJSU), part of the graduating class of 2020. She grew up in rural Colorado before moving to Santa Cruz, California in 2006 where she currently resides with her trouble-making cat Sol, and lives near the rest of her small family.
Since she was a child, Rebecca has been fascinated by fantasy and stories, constantly working on various pet projects well into adulthood. As she got older, the interest in “Harry Potter” styled magic morphed into an interest in real-life paranormal tales.
Apart from all the spooky stuff, Rebecca has a passion for art, graduating from the local community college with an AA in Studio Arts in 2016. After that, she switched modes to studying Public Relations. She hopes to put her passion for art and design into her PR work moving forward. (And maybe her interest of spooky things in there as well!)

- Write reviews and critiques
- Create varying public relation campaigns
- Establish and build proper communication with varying audiences
- Create and distribute press kits
